Yamaguchi city Saikoutei is a facility with a hundred tatami size hall used by Inoue Kaoru, Ito Hirobumi and prime ministers from Yamaguchi brought over from original ryotei restaurant established in 1877 "Gion Saikoutei".
Kimono trial class is open in this historical facility.
